The ILS Company, LLC interface is designed to provide your company with a unique online presence, which will enable you to keep in touch with your most valuable resource - Your Shipments and this portal over the Web allows you to track shipments and request serrvices 24 hours a day.

Order Entry and Tracing

These Tabs provide you the resources to readily request services or obtain a quote, research the details about the status of any pending or processed shipments. With This portal, you can view the on-going status of shipments and the delivery information that is crucial to your business and you can view what our dispatch teams are concentrating on. Other charges and activities are also visible in this tab. All of the information will be referenced back to a specfic freight bill. When requesting services, you are provided with a very detailed format, which will provide us with the required information to react to your requests in an efficient and organized manner.

Invoices

This Tab will provide the most current status of your account, displaying individual Freight Bills, consolidated into our Statement Processing structure. You can see the Aging history of your accounts and the details for each activity can be viewed in the Trace Tab. The most recent payment posted to your account will also be displayed.

Rate Quote and Reports

The Rate Quote Tab is configured to provide you with standardized rate quotes for established services for the routes that we currently support. The Reports Tab is urrently under development and will be configured to provide predefined reports to suit your individual requirements.(Under development and will be available by Feb 2012)

Profiles

This Tab is where your company will provide us with the appropriate contacts, emails, telephone numbers and addresses, which will be the front end for the web processing application. Any individuals authorized by you, can utilize the access code we provide to your company, to gain access to this site, which is restricted to your company profile and account activity.
